The best way to use the Law of Attraction is to realize that you will get exactly what you give your greatest amount of thought too.
Everything that you are living right now you attracted into your life the good the bad and the ugly. Most people do not like to hear this. I didn't like hearing it.
But once you understand the Law of Attraction and learn how to use it to your benefit you will be able to think the thoughts that will help you to live the life that you desire and no longer will you attract the bad and ugly things into your life experience.
So, if you truly believe that everything will work out, then it will. If you believe you will get sick, then you will call sickness into your life.
If you believe that you will be wealthy, then you will have the money that you desire. If you believe that you will be poor, then it will be hard for you to attract riches into your life.
There is a huge difference between the way a rich person and a poor person thinks.
Think of a person that you know that is struggling and constantly complaining about how broke they are. Have you seen any changes in their financial status?
Think of any successful person that you know, let’s say for example Bill Gates, the guy that help to create Microsoft. Do you think that he walked around saying how broke he was and that he will never have money?
No, he had to have been very confident in his skill to attract money in order to be the success that he is today.
Some of the most successful people in the world believe and practice the Law of Attraction for example Oprah Winfrey, one of the most successful women in the world attracted the part of Sofia that she wanted very badly, in the 1985 popular movie the Color Purple. Oprah explained that she used visualization by acting as if she had the part before she was even consider for the role.
Wealthy people believe that they will always have money, so they are always thinking of innovative ways to create more of it. Be confident in yourself. Know that you can have anything that you can possibly think of.
All you have to do is believe in yourself and the universe will believe in you and with the help of Law of Attraction you will get exactly what you want and desire.
The key to deliberate creation is to get happy, be happy in the knowing that good things will come to you. If you are sick know that your body knows how to heal itself.
I was listening to a Law of Attraction CD by Esther and Abraham Hicks, and I heard a doctor telling a story about a guy that was diagnosed with an incurable disease and was given only a few months to live.
The man watched a bunch of comedic movies and just laughed and laughed while waiting for his days to come to an end. When he went in for his doctor’s visit, the doctor ran test to check the progression of the disease, and there was not sign of it, the disease was gone? Our bodies cannot live with stress; it is unnatural for us.
I’m sure you heard the saying that stress will kill you faster than any other disease. Stress breaks down your immune system and causes sickness to thrive in your body.
So what is the best way to combat sickness? Nothing other than JOY! Joy is the opposite of stress and anger.
Have you ever noticed that when you are angry with a person, you don’t feel good. No matter how hard you try to be angry with that person and you may have a very good reason, but it still doesn’t feel good.
Our human bodies weren’t designed to feel hate. We are all born with emotional indicators. Our emotional indicator tells us when our feelings are heading in the wrong direction.
The human body was made to feel joy. That’s why it feels so good to laugh. That’s why it feels so good when we are in love. That’s why it feels so good when you are in the company of good friends and family.
And when you are feeling good, it is the best time to deliberately create with the use of the Law of Attraction.
The Law of Attraction states that Like Attracts Like, so if you are feeling miserable you will attract miserable people and circumstances into your life.
Have you ever started off the day on the wrong foot? Say, you got out of bed one morning and you bump your toe really hard.
Then as you are getting ready for work, you realize that you cannot find your other shoe. Then you say to yourself this is going to be a bad day.
Which causes you to start to look for other bad things to happen and guess what just as you imagined, nothing but bad things show up all day long.
Now, picture if you would have stopped your negative thoughts from the time you bumped your toe.
Imagine if you would have laughed it off and said this day is going to be a great day. You would have stopped looking for other negative things to occur; therefore canceling the creation of negative things into your life existence.
Here is an example of a Law of Attraction story which caused me to create a negative circumstance into my life.
One day as I was driving to work, a car ran the red light and entered into the intersection. The car was about two inches away from hitting my car. I then said to myself “oh my gosh these people are going to kill me."
And sure enough, as I was driving, I kept seeing more and more evidence of crazy people on the road.
While on my way home from work, I was still thinking about my crazy morning ride and how crazy these people are on the road and a car suddenly changed lanes, causing me to immediately merge into the emergency lane to keep from being hit.
I didn’t realize it then, but because of my negative thinking; I attracted these events into my existences.
Now when I get into my car, I always intend on a safe, smooth ride, to and from my destination. And, I have been blessed with carefree easy ride every single day and it has been great. Read more on how to visualize your perfect day. So, as I stated before like attracts like. So whatever you are giving your thoughts to you will attract into your life. So you may as well deliberately create good things.
We must realize that we all use the Law of Attraction in our everyday lives, whether you realize it or not.
We attract our life circumstances from the time we wake up to the time we go to bed.
And the best way to remember this is to know that life is reflected back to you according to the way you think and feel. If you feel good you will attract good feeling people and things into your life.
If you are feeling bad then you will attract negative or bad feeling things and people into your life.
And always appreciate, appreciate, appreciate. When you appreciate all that you have right now, you will be able to keep those things and even more good things will appear in your life.
If you have a roof over your head, be thankful. If you are able to put food on your table, be thankful. If you are able to put clothes on your back, be thankful.
The Universe loves gratitude and appreciation. Be thankful for both big and the small things that you have in your life right now.
The way to tell if you are allowing what you desire to come into your life is the feeling no resistance.
No resistance means that you are letting go of whatever it is that is holding you back from allowing your manifestations to come into your life.
For example, some people ask for more money, but they don’t feel they are worthy. Not feeling worthy is resistance.
Some people want more money, but they concentrate on the stack of bills that are piling up. That’s resistance.
In order not to resist, you should focus on something that feels good to you. It could be your cat or your dog. It could be a newborn baby or a wonderful song you just heard on the radio. It could be a great gift or compliment that you just received.
LAW OF ATTRACTION STEPS TO CREATING WHAT YOU WANT!
1) ASK - MAKE A COMMAND TO THE UNIVERSE! Get a piece of paper and write down how you would like your life to be. You can say things like - I am so happy and thankful that I have _____________. Your list can be as long as you want. You must write your list in the present tense, like you have what you are asking for right now. You do not have to ask more than once. Once you give your command to the Universe this starts the creative process and you can now move on to step 2.
2) BELIEVE - You have to believe that whatever you are asking for is already belongs to you. You must believe that you have whatever you are asking for right now.
When you are trying to deliberately create with the Law of Attraction you must see the things that you want as yours now!
You must act the part, see yourself in the house that you want or car that you want to drive and the Universe will create the circumstance, people or events that are needed in order for you to attract whatever you desire into your life.
3) RECEIVE - The last step is to receive. Get into the feeling of already having whatever it is that you desire. Once you feel really good about having what you want and desire, you are sending good feelings or vibrations out into the Universe which will give you enough power to manifest what you want into your life.
Don't get caught up in the where, when and how your desires will come to you, the Universe will make away. Just feel it and your wants and desires will manifest.
If you would like to create more money in your bank account, first you must ask - Write down the amount you would like to create.
Then you must believe that you already have the money that you want and desire. Do whatever it takes to convince yourself that you have the money that you desire. Talk about the things that you are going to buy and the places where you are going to vacation.
Then you must feel like you already received the money that you are asking for. Really feel like you have the money that you desire. Start by thanking the Universe for allowing you to have all the money that you want and desire at your disposal to do as you please.
And once you master all three of these steps, you will receive whatever you need in order to create the money that you desire and you probably won't even realize the action that you have taken in order to complete the process because it will not feel like hard work, it will feel like inspired action.
When you deliberately apply the Law of Attraction to your life, it doesn’t matter what you use to feel good, the key is to take your attention away from what you feel is going wrong in your life and once you feel good, you can now think about how you want your life to be.
You need to do this as much as possible until feeling good is natural to you. You must focus on the good feeling thoughts and not concentrate on the manifestation. And once you feel good and have no resistance, your manifestations will have no choice but to come into your existence.
